Customer Success Specialist – Spanish Speaking
Location: Rome (Hybrid)
In this role, you are a strategic partner for our clients in Spain and international markets. You guide partners through the onboarding process and optimize platform configuration to maximize their results.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding journey for new clients and ensure optimal software configuration.

Provide expert assistance via chat, email, and phone for the Spanish market.

Offer strategic consulting to help clients increase direct bookings.

Coordinate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest platform improvements.

Update and maintain Spanish-language documentation and internal knowledge bases.

Support training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts.
Requirements
-
Native or C1 minimum fluency in Spanish; professional proficiency in Italian and English.

1–3 years of experience in the hospitality sector, property management, or travel tech/SaaS.
-
High level of comfort with modern CRM tools, channel managers, or booking engines.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a physical presence at our Rome office.
Customer Success Specialist – French Speaking
Location: Rome (Hybrid)
We are looking for a specialist with strong technical skills to support our French-speaking partners. You manage the entire customer journey, ensuring each property gets the most value from Octorate solutions starting from day one.
Primary Responsibilities

Manage the setup and configuration of the platform for new accounts.

Provide expert support and technical troubleshooting for the French market.

Analyze market needs to suggest new features to the development team.

Maintain and update technical documentation and training materials in French.

Support training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts.

Act as a strategic partner to guide clients through the nuances of digital distribution.
Requirements

Native or C1 minimum fluency in French; professional proficiency in Italian and English.

1–3 years of professional experience in hotels, travel technology, or property management.

A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn and explain complex software features clearly.

Availability to commute to our Rome office as part of a hybrid work schedule.
