Octorate is pleased to announce the integration with Ok Home, an Italian solution for Self Check-in and consumption control for Hotels, B&Bs and vacation rentals.
The system – which is already integrated with Octorate Web Concierge – will make the process of welcoming guests run smoother.
Thanks to this integration, in fact, Octorate customers will be able to create, share and cancel digital keys for any access; guarantee the offline access to the accommodation; improve the entire guest experience by optimizing and monitoring the consumption and utilities of their rooms.
Fabrizio Scuppa, CEO of Octorate, spoke about this new partnership: «We are proud to have closed this deal. Ok Home joins a large list of high-tech smart locks providers that cooperate already with Octorate and it will improve the hospitality experience of our facilities even more. Furthermore, in a historical moment characterized by insecurity and the pandemic, Octorate contributes to guarantee quick and safe processes for its guests, thanks to an essential tool such as the self check-in”.
CEO of Ok Home Giovanni Berretta Anguissola’s statement about the new partnership: “We are very excited to announce the full integration between our two realities: Ok Home, excellence for access management systems and Self Check-in and Octorate, one of the most complete management systems in the hospitality market. The clients of both companies will have significant advantages both in terms of workflow optimization and efficiency. In fact, with Ok Home, the customer is equipped with a digital key that allows them to access independently during their journey. Ok Home manages common doors, condominium doors working in offline mode to always allow entry even without a smartphone or internet line. I thank Octorate and the whole team for the patience and dedication they have always shown during this integration process, which will certainly be a success for us and for our customers».
