RESUMEN
Octorate (en adelante OR) es un motor de reservas y el Gestor de canales dedicados a los alojamientos turísticos (hoteles, residencias, etc …), para la ejecución en tiempo real las reservas en línea se originaron en la página web del propietario.
Las reservas originadas por OR son totalmente gratuitos; sin comisiones en la transacción se exige.
Este sistema ofrece a los propietarios de las instalaciones del alojamiento la posibilidad de configurar los horarios de reserva y diversos aranceles planes para la reservas en línea.
Nota: Los servicios ofrecidos por OR se caracterizan por una tecnología en continua evolución.
OR se reserva el derecho de presentar modificaciones a los servicios ofrecidos en su propia discreción y en cualquier momento que se considere necesario, y siempre que los cambios tecnológicos; estas modificaciones se integren a los servicios y la forma en que estos servicios se ofrecen al cliente, nuestro objetivo de ser una mejora continua y optimización de los servicios prestados.

El uso del software de reservas online y su integración en la página web del alojamiento se lleva a cabo al permitir un vínculo que se le proporcionará en el momento de la inscripción y de la configuración de dicho sitio web.
OR creará una página de reservas online para cada suscriptor.
No sería necesario modificar nunca más, ni instalar software adicional.
ENTRADA DE DATOS
El representante del tipo de alojamiento es el responsable de la entrada de datos en línea (tarifas, horarios de reserva, etc). TARJETA DE CRÉDITO
Tenga en cuenta que al hacer la reserva en línea no pago se hace; la tarjeta de crédito se utiliza exclusivamente como un medio para garantizar la reserva en línea. La tarjeta de crédito se comprueba sólo con respecto a la validez para el conjunto dado de números a través del llamado algoritmo de Luhn. OR no garantiza la autenticidad de dicha tarjeta de crédito almacenada en sus servidores y cifrado y no puede ser descifrado por OR de conformidad con las normas de seguridad PCI-DSS.
La carga posterior de la tarjeta de crédito de los clientes es totalmente responsabilidad del tipo de alojamiento.
No actuar como un intermediario OR se alivia por completo de cualquier conflicto entre la instalación de alojamiento y sus clientes.
CHANNEL MANAGER

SISTEMA DE PAGO
OR ofrece el servicio de integración con diferentes payment gateway y partner para la gestión de los pagos. El servicio ofrecido por OR es exclusivamente técnico y se refiere a la conexión con los dichos sistemas. OR no interacciona en alguna manera con los órganos institucionales de pago y no efectúa intermediaciones bancarias, por eso no es responsable por eventuales contestaciones y faltados y/o equivocados acreditaciones de importes relacionados con las reservas y con los servicios ofrecidos por el utilizador. El responsable de los servicios de cobro y pago y el relativo soporte con respecto a las contestaciones debe ser proporcionado por el partner elegido para le gestión de los pagos
DURACIÓN DEL CONTRATO
JURISDICCIÓN
Este acuerdo será interpretado e interpretado de acuerdo con la ley italiana. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The purposes for which the personal data are processed are the following.

– In all other cases, the personal data provided will be kept as long as the data deletion is not requested by the user. Likewise, data will be kept according to the legal time-frame set forth in legal, fiscal and accounting matters, taking as reference the date of the request for data deletion.
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
The legal bases for the processing are the following:
– In case where users purchase Octorate products or subscribe to Octorate Services through the website, the legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract entered into the parties.
– In all other cases, the legal basis for the processing is the consent provided by the user.
DATA DISCLOSURE
Users personal data may be disclosed to third parties which are companies that provide services to Octorate.
These third parties are:
– Other service providers, payment providers and third party applications which integrate with the Services, for the performance of any contract we enter with them or our users;

– The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
– The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use instead.
– The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
– The data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21 (1) of the GDPR pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
- f) Right to data portability: to receive the personal data concerning the user, which was provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. The user shall have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided as long as the processing is based on consent and the processing is carried out by automated means.
