quando o fornecedor ganha com a venda de um servi\u00e7o superior e o cliente economiza beneficiando de servi\u00e7os de maior valor com desconto em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a norma.<\/p>\n<p>Para entender com um exemplo pr\u00e1tico o <strong>que \u00e9 um<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;upsell&#8221;<\/strong>, pode ser \u00fatil se referir ao mundo das <strong>companhias a\u00e9reas<\/strong> e das <strong>reservas de v\u00f4os<\/strong>. Em quase todos os portais de reserva mais avan\u00e7ados, agora, no momento do checkout, n\u00f3s somos oferecidos para reservar o posto de viagem em vez de uma atribui\u00e7\u00e3o aleat\u00f3ria.
